Gambling and Risk
Members should be aware that all gambling carries some risk and that past performance does not guarantee future performance. No responsibility can be taken for any loss, financial or otherwise from following any racing information advice given by Gameplan Racing. Once payment has been made by yourself and your service commences with us, any cancellation requests will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. There will be no refunds or credits available under any circumstances once your subscription commences with us.
Confidentiality
Members must at all times keep strictly confidential the racing information given to them by Gameplan Racing. Gameplan Racing reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund if you are found to be in breach of this rule.
Cancelling a reoccurring payment
If a member wishes to cancel a reoccurring subscription it is the member’s responsibility to cancel their reoccurring payment with their payment provider. I.e. Paypal if it is a Paypal monthly payment or their bank if it paid by standing order or direct debit. These payments are beyond our control and as such no refund can be given by Gameplan Racing if for example a member forgets to cancel in time or for any other reason.
